Still… yet bold.

Coteaux Champenois

Still… yet bold.

This Hors-Série edition reveals an unexpected facet of the Champagne terroir: two still wines, shaped by the force of a single grape variety, Pinot Noir, and expressed through two Grand Crus with strong identities, Aÿ and Ambonnay. Two interpretations, two temperaments, one shared uniqueness: that of a Pinot Noir expressed with intensity, precision, and elegance.

The Blend

Two Blancs de Noirs, crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir and vinified as white wines. They challenge the traditional codes of Coteaux Champenois, typically white from white grapes or red from black grapes.
Sourced from Aÿ and Ambonnay, two emblematic and complementary terroirs, each reveals a unique expression of the grape variety: mineral, airy, and elegant on one side; indulgent, generous, and fruit-driven on the other.
